RoleCandid is the public brand for the resume-job-materials product. The workspace is a conversation: you share the posting and the resume, and the user-visible reply is the finished answer, not planning notes. There is no separate form workflow on this site.
The in-repo suite currently records 3 deterministic tasks, all passed: diagnose a photocopy Word file, produce a rewrite that stays inside the fact base, and refuse a file that names an employer the source does not have. That is a test record, not a placement rate.
How it works
- Bring the posting and the resume. Provide the complete job description, your current resume, supporting project notes, and any limits on what may be named or emphasized.
- Match supported experience. RoleCandid compares the role with experience already in your materials and keeps unsupported requirements marked as gaps.
- Rewrite for that job. It reorders and rewrites the relevant content for that posting, then prepares the requested Word resume or cover letter.
- Publish check. The publish check blocks new dates, numbers, and names before you download and review the file.
Where it stops
RoleCandid will not create qualifications, employers, dates, titles, tools, or results that your source material cannot support. It will not guarantee an interview, a screening result, a job offer, or acceptance by an applicant-tracking system.
